She is trained in Ayurvedic massage, sports massage, Swedish massage, injury recovery, myofascial techniques, Ayurvedic head and full-body massage, IASTM (Graston technique), as well as pathology, anatomy, orthopedic assessment, and deep tissue/trigger point therapy.
